Well it looks like we are getting closer to the summer months now. It has been a cruel spring here in the Shushwaps with the cold weather…………but then again we could still be living in Calgary.
It is starting to look like a good summer coming up with lots of bookings for weddings, reunions already being planned. So don’t delay give us a call now.

Well I think it just about time for the snow to leave so we can once again fire up the bbq. Now is a good time to start booking for that special occasion. We are getting lots of bookings so make sure you don’t delay much longer.
For something different for the special event call us and we will see what we can come up with. Just a note we like to use whatever fresh ingredients that are in season so all you have to do is ask. We are willing to work with you.

Well winter is on a downhill slide now and the days are getting a little more sunlite everyday. Time to start thinking about those spring/summer weddings, reunions, birthdays. Well the greatest salmon run in 113 years is winding down. If you have never seen this site before you should put it on your agenda. amazing to see what these creatures of the sea endure in the remaining days of their life. 
Well we certainly did have a great summer getting settled in here in the Shuswap. Did enough BBQing to keep us out of trouble and the rest of the time we spent on the water. So saying this it is time to think about those xmas parties for something different. Smoked turkey or brisket would be a good choice. It would also be a good time to start booking for those outdoor weddings, family reunions, birthdays or just a good old fashioned gettogether next summer.
